Reservations, Cancellations, Policies When making reservations for groups of 4 or more, please designate one person only to be the group leader. All correspondence will be made by us to the group leader only. We take a 50% non refundable deposit of the total for the entire group from the group leader. This can be paid in US funds by arrangements agreeable to both parties. The group leader is responsible for all travel arrangements and the distribution of all information to each group member. Please inform all members of the group that the group leader is the contact person between you and us so there is no confusion as to who said what and be sure to have everyone review our policies.

For Dive activities we schedule our calendar to accomodate your needs and keep our groups small. Chances are that once we block off our calendar for you we may forego additional requests for dive excursions. Also we may have negotiated at a rate based on a minimum number of persons and reducing the number will affect the remaining persons prices. Once a reservation is comfirmed and deposit received by us, the deposit becomes non-refundable. We will make reasonable effort to alter your reservation, however due to scheduling it may not be possible. Things beyond our control such as Montezuma's Revenge or Hangovers to name a couple do not release you from financial responsibility. If the port is closed we will reschedule your dive to the next day if possible.


The balance of your accomodation and diving reservation is due upon arrival in Cozumel. We now accept all major credit cards. All prices are quoted in US dollars.


All divers and students must first sign a medical release stating that they are in good health for scuba diving. If there are recent health concerns it is advisable to see a Physician and bring a signed medical physical stating you are released for the type of diving activities you plan on doing. Divers and students must also sign a waiver stating that Techs-Mex Divers and Oliver and Janie Robertson and anyone associated with the activities will not be held responsible for accidents. Anyone under the age of 18 years must have a parent or legal guardians signature.


We strive to make available to you accomodations, dive trips, rental gear, and training at all levels at a reasonable price. When we advertise a rate and make a reservation with you at that rate we will honor our contract to you. Periodically the prices charged to us for dive supplies and services may change. In such cases we reserve the right adjust our prices for these supplies.For any inconvenience this may cause we apologise.
